Moda Futuribile, a project curated by Dyloan Studio, which stimulates collaboration between the Italian manufacturing companies and designers, It is presented at Dreamers, an exhibition that explores fashion research with an innovative itinerary where fashion is not just a product, a market , a brand.
A selection of garments produced in the last five years for Moda Futuribile will be shown. Every product is unique and unusual, It is the result of the close and necessary relationship between manufacturing and designers. Productions and synergies, with a different focus every time, that always support the sustainability, traceability, transparency, technology, ethics, experimentation and the respect for the territory. The results obtained represent the ability to find alternative solutions for the optimization of services, for the creation of new products and for the development of new market segments.
The designers Alan Maughan, Carlo Volpi, Edward Buchanan, Jessica Leclère, Maria Schmiedt, Matilda Norberg, Pierluigi Fucci e Richard Quinn dealt with technological processes applied to the world’s textiles: thermowelding, lasers, embroidery, ultrasound , thermoforming, 3D knitwear… These processing techniques don’t fight with the traditional craftsmanship, but they offer new creative inspirations.
